NEAR (Network for Empowered Aid Response), hosted by Adeso, invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply, implementation, customization, training, and ongoing support of a cloud-based Financial Management System. The selected solution will strengthen NEAR's financial management, budgeting, donor compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency while supporting the organisation's continued growth and transition to independence.
NEAR is seeking experienced vendors with demonstrated expertise in implementing financial management systems for international NGOs and complex, multi-country, multi-donor environments. The proposed solution should support multi-project, multi-currency and multi-entity financial management, provide robust reporting and analytics, integrate with other enterprise systems, and include implementation, data migration, training, and ongoing technical support.
